Contact the Local Authority Support Team (LAST)

LAST controls access and provides support to LAs who use CIS to confirm receipt of DWP benefits to administer HB/CTB. LAST deal with all CIS related issues. These will include:

• changes to IP address
  
• requests for additional user and home worker access to CIS
  
• training, evaluation questionnaires, error and amendment forms
  
• DTA related queries
